Most of the time I would not find this funny. The case involves a woman with a cell phone stuck in her throat. A man is charged with being angry and forcing the phone down her throat. His defense says that she was trying to swallow the phone to prevent him from seeing whom she had called. What does she say?

Man accused of shoving phone down throat - Yahoo! News: "She testified yesterday that she couldn't remember how the phone got in her throat, saying she drank too much that night. Court records show that her blood alcohol content was three times the legal limit."

You have to be pretty drunk to not remember how a cell phone got into your throat. I'm thinking Darwin Award candidate.

A student on a class trip to the natural-history museum asks the guard, "Can you tell me how old the dinosaur bones are?"

The guard tells him, "Three-million-four years and six months old."

The student says. "How do you know that so precisely?"

The guard says, "Well, the dinosaur bones were three million years old when I started working here, and that was four and a half years ago."
